Graywind Motorized Roman Shades | Semi-sheer Nature Fabirc

haven't even hung it up yet, but customer service is always top notch

The blinds arrived as scheduled. They fit perfectly. They were easy to install and worked great. I did have a question on the pairing of the blinds with Apple Home and received a call back quickly and all of my questions were answered. When I need more blinds I will buy them from Graywind.

I would love to give Menghan Liu a really big thank you. We self-installed the motorized blinds (good quality) but were having a terrible time with the App and Alexa. Menghan could not have been more helpful. She was very patient and explained things well. We absolutely could not have asked for better support! Thank you Menghan!!!!!!

Once I got it set up it's worked well. However, the included instructions to put into pairing mode did not work. The light colors do not match the documentation, and the sequence to enter pairing failed repeatedly. I eventually found an alternative mode to enter pairing using the remote and that worked. Minus 1 star for frustration and bad docs.

Nice material and perfect fit. You will need side panels if wanting to block sides, but we like a small amount of light around the edges as the shades themselves are very darkening. The motor mechanism and controls work well and the noise level is good. Not silent but not loud, so as expected for us and quieter than brands we bought from HD or Lowe’s. Overall, very happy with our new blinds.

Amazing

They look great. A little more sheer than I had imagined but still look super high-quality. I'm really impressed. They function perfectly with the remote. I haven't connected them to Alexa yet.

These shades are great! We've had so many problems with budget blinds shades which are loud and have issues with the hubs. The Graywind shades are quiet and great with the hub to use with the app. My only issue is that it's lacking in provided instructions for adjustments and not easy to find support on their website. Install was easy and the prices are reasonable!

Ordered 2 remote control shades. Very easy to install and they look great. Customer service contacted me immediately to ask if I mistakenly ordered 2 wifi hubs when I only needed one and credited me for the extra hub that I did not need. Shades look great, price is excellent and will definitely buy from them again for other rooms.

These shades are beautiful and we are really happy with them. They easily connected to my Zigbee controller and have a smooth operation. Also, I accidentally factory reset the shade roller and the Graywind support quickly assisted in getting the shade working correctly again.

I have had problems with the battery state reporting but I am not using the recommended Zigbee controller or traditional home automation solution. Also, this was an experimental purchase as our window frame is not as deep as the cassette and we knew this might be an issue for privacy. Be aware that Roman Shade roller pulls from the furthest point from the window and the fabric is cut to allow about a 1/2" gap between it and the window frame. Thus, the shade will hang as far from the window as the front of the cassette and, if your window frame is only deep enough to mount the shade and not accommodate the entire cassette depth, there will be a large gap of which you can see out the window from the sides (at an angle). In that situation, I would recommend an outside mount or a roller shade (which we have also purchased and love) because they roll closest to the window.

Great product!

The problem was, they were new at making the Roman shades. I am impressed how well they took care of us, the customer and would definitely purchase from them again as we are doing new custom construction home. Please remember they will stretch out a bit like an eighth of an inch as they hang for a few weeks.

We ordered the electric Roman shade with a solar panel. It works perfectly and made our space look so much better. It blocks the harsh sun in the afternoon very well.

I appreciate the customer service that is available, will buy again!!
