I ordered a motorized shade, but it was too short because a door handle was in the way. I contacted Graywind to see if they could extend the length, and they came up with a great solution. They sold me a longer, motorless shade at a very reasonable price. I simply removed the motor from the original short shade and installed it in the new, longer one. It worked perfectly!

The replacement motor and the remote worked great! We had to go through the instructions a few times to get it working; but, everything is working perfectly.
Shout out to Ray for being a man of his word. Original blind was slightly off, but Ray said he would get a perfect fit, which he did! The blind is perfect, and I am very happy!

I messed up on one of my measurements and they correctly correct it before they were made works good , fits good.
Overall, the ordering was fine. It could be a little more helpful on getting your dimensions. I would have went a little wider so my blinds don’t block anything when open.

Looked at a hunter douglas showroom for these and were quoted over $10,000. So glad that we found Graywind and had a fantastic experience getting similar sheer vertices at 1/5th of the cost. Made and shipped from China on time. The quality is great and customer service helped me to instal the Smart features, right over the phone.
I just purchased my motorized roller shades to replace my manual honeycomb shades. There is at least an inch on each side too short and the light comes shining through. You sold me a 46 inch shade for a 47 inch window.These shades are made for windows with frames. Be careful when ordering them for windows without frames. I am getting nowhere with customer service and would not recommend using this company at all. I have put a stop payment on my credit card in hopes they respond to my complaints.

Submitted order, then 3-4 days later saw an email they were waiting on me to confirm, even after I confirmed everything during the order process. So that slowed things down. Didn't see updates for a week or so, so I was beginning to wonder. Then at some point, the shipping status was updated. Took a while to get from China to me in the US, but probably close to three weeks later they arrived. I'll still purchase again from them but now I know what to expect.

I love love love my roller shade. I previously purchased the rolling panels for my sliding door and was extremely pleased with the product, quality of it, and customer service was exceptional.
Shopping with you was great! I must admit I was somewhat nervous purchasing blinds online. I never took responsibility for measuring them, always had a blind installer/salesperson do this. I drew a sketch of my windows and carefully measured them twice. The email confirming my order and selection it did reassure me.
