Direct Alexa Zigbee Control

The shades were easy to install and fit as ordered. I loved the mounting clips - easy to install and mount the shade on. The directions for the motor were a bit vague, as are the instructions to get them working with our home automation system (which I still haven't figured out).
Really happy with the new blinds. Slightly tricky to mount the blinds on the brackets. Be super careful in this step and make sure they are firmly and securely attached. Works great with Zigbee and the Alexa app. I set them to open at 6:30am and close at midnight. You can also set the min and max travel which works great with how I mounted mine. Pricey, but very happy with the purchase.
They work really well. Graywind cut the blinds exactly as I measured them - allowing for just a small gap against the side of the window. My blinds are installed on the inside and when they close the side gap is really tight and blocks off all the sun and heat.
Motor and hardware are quite good quality - no issues for several years now.
So far, we are loving are 2 new Graywind Motorized Cellular Blinds.
Ordered these and some right trapezoid blinds. We are thrilled with them, the support we got from Graywind regarding measuring correctly was second to none. Fitting was easy and getting them all to be operated by the remote and alexa was a breeze using the instructions supplied.
We had approached 4 other companies before approaching Graywind directly, they worked with us to make 4 blinds to fit our windows. Now we have 2 rooms with full blackout and could not be happier.

I've been wanting to automate my bay window cellular shades for almost 10 years, but found the cost for a 72" wide motorized cellular shade to be prohibitive. Plus, we couldn't get them in blue.
Finally we found Graywind - blue, 72" wide, Zigbee compatible. Sold!
They were easy to install, fit perfect, and most importantly, wife-approved.
If you have any issues small or big you can email customer service and they will get back to you within a day. The product is great is easy to install. They have a variety of blinds and can fit any window type.
These shades are beautiful and work perfectly. Installation was easy even if you have basic skills with a drill. Getting through some of the technical set up with Alexa was a bit challenging but with patience, it works and I absolutely love these. This is my second order from this company and I can confirm that these are of high quality, their customer service is excellent and manufacturing and shipping were faster than expected. The reason I have not given these a 5 star on my review is for one reason which probably doesn't affect many who order, but needs to be called out.
I order a total of 4 of these shades. 3 were <59" wide and the other was >59" wide. The shade that was >59 " had a smaller valance (2" vs 3" for the other) Although there is a warning when you order the shades, it's not very clear and I misunderstood what I was going to be getting. I now have three shades where the valance matches and one that doesn't. They are in the same room, so it looks mismatched. Graywind was not able to provide me with an alternative to fix this. I now have to find a way, at extra cost to me, to hide the valances with something else to make them all match. Bottom line is don't hesitate to order these shades but be aware that if you are ordering multiple shades and want all of the valances to be the same height, they all have to be either <59" OR >59".
The 4 honeycomb motorized shades came in exactly they way I ordered. They look great! I think, due to installer (aka husband) error, we could not get set up. One call in to the support line and within 30 minutes all 4 were set up and working perfectly. Thank you Zoe

Better than expected! Great quality and perfectly cut to the right size
It is decent quality. The sound of moving up/down the shutter is loud though. It could be improved.
I love my cellular shades but there are a few things you should take into consideration. It doesn't come with a valance as listed in the product description. It doesn't come with a USB plug; you will have to supply that yourself. Don't buy the cable extension unless you are willing to attach the motor to anything but the headrail. It isn't a longer USB cable you will be provided with. It is a longer motor power cable which doesn't do any good if you attach the motor to the headrail as designed. With that being said, customer service was responsive and helped resolve the issues to my satisfaction.
We love our Graywind shades. They are attractive and well made. We have the inside mount and they fit perfectly. We use a Broadlink universal adapter which makes hooking them up to Google Home a breeze. The shades were an easy install. The only issue we had was setting the max up and down position. That turned out to be a problem only because the positions were already set. Once we deleted the existing settings we could set our own and it worked like a charm.
Would have liked a longer standard length cord (without having to use an extension).
The first shade arrived and it had a small dent in it, I contacted the seller and they are sending me a new one... I ordered a second shade and it is perfect. They look like Hunter Douglas and their motorized shades are less than a non-motorized Hunter Douglas. I am putting them on all of the bedroom windows in our house that we are living in while we build a new house. As long as they keep working, (and I can see no reason they won't as the construction is solid) I am going to put dozens of them in my new house. They are well made, their support is great. I've got them working with voice commands in my google home using the Broadlink remote bridge - I am having some small issues with the broadlink, but their support people are working on it and I expect to have it working 100% soon. But basically, I think Graywind shades are excellent value for the money. Installation was a breeze, takes me about 10 minutes to install one now. I'm planning on taking the batteries out to charge them, but I've had the first shade for 2 months now and battery is still going strong, by the size of it I bet it will last close to a year with raising and lowering and adjusting the shade a few times per day. So glad I found these.
Great communication with seller. Very, very easy to install. The color was a little more orange than beige, but I still give it 5 stars. I am planning on ordering more! Great product.
I love this blind. I ended up ordering 6 more. So convenient to just use a remote or Alexa to control the blinds. I did get the solar panel to charge the battery. Easy to install. We would highly recommend them!
Let me just say I was skeptical of the price but pleasantly surprised when it showed up. Super durable packaging. Fits exactly to the provided measurements and specifications. Remote works well and the solar panel is able to charge the battery even in partial light. The window is on our front porch so there is never direct sunlight.
This is my first motorized shades solution. I bought it to test it out before purchasing more for the rest of my windows in the house. I'm glad I did as I've encountered numerous unforgiveable issues. The last one (that broke camels back) is that I've discovered that the shades are NOT rechargeable (or the recharging mechanism is broken). In any case, I'm now stuck with a $700 defective product that I can't even return. This is beyond upsetting!!
Update: Bumping up star rating because their customer support makes up for the flaws of the product (almost all). They truly go above and beyond to help out. For most of the issues they've been very responsive and even sent me a free hub for my frustrations. Regarding the broken charging - I've reached out to their customer care and they've proposed to send me a new shade. I give it 50% chance that they'll not mess it up and I receive the same product that I've ordered in the past and that it will work as desired. Will provide an update here otherwise.

Great blinds. I absolutely love the automation, I am able to connect it to Siri and Alexa using BroadLink. The blinds are very easy to install and configure and comes with clear instructions. I love the care with which everything was packaged and also how quickly it arrived. These blinds are the cheapest automated blinds out there, well worth the money.
