The panels on the blinds were beautiful! I paid a Handyman $100 to put the blinds up and he couldn’t get them going as he thought some of the panels were labeled with the wrong stickers. Only one piece works.

I added 28" to opening width, dividing equally the 5 Panels into Opening width adding the full width to it for parking totally to the right. But that didn't count for the 4-5" overlap - special algorithm?As a result, when fully parked on Right, it's sticking out 5" past opening. They would have fixed, but I opted not to go through reinstallation.
The Coffee color is Gorgeous.
The instructions QR CODE did not work, We used YouTube. Not hard, but took severally hours.
Measure and Call before ordering would be my advice. They are supposed to fix Cart Notations to include this, because was only $20 more to get it right.

The quality of the blinds are great - heavy/thick enough to block the light well. When opening, the second panel doesn't always catch, so it's not 100% hands off opening - not an issue for my application. The battery on the remote does not seem to last very long and the form of the remote is awkward and I never remember which icon means what function. Remote would benefit from more intuitive design. Overall still a good value for the money.

Difficult for one person to install but not impossible. Recommend a second person to make it much quicker. Looks great. Works great.
Got these to replace the awful vertical blinds on the deck slider and very happy with them. Total time was less than 2 weeks from order to delivery. I imagine quite a bit of the cost of these are the oversize FedEx shipping from China, but still pleased with the price for custom sizes. I did order larger than the door so when blinds are stowed in open mode it doesn't block a third of the window and went with the five panel for same reason. Easy to install.
I only wish someone made these in a Zigbee or Zwave radio control so it was easier to integrate into Hubitat or Home Assistant. They will pair with a Bond hub and then control via that, but rather have more local control for automation

We purchased this product in October 2023. The blinds were easy to install and seemed fairly good quality.
The problem is with the remote. It is awkward to use, the battery continually falls out of the remote while you are programming the curtains. When this happens you have to start from the beginning and reprogram it all over and over. Now the remote doesn’t even control the curtains. I have unpaired and repaired it several times and still no work. Now I am stuck with a very expensive blind I have to hand open and close
I have upgraded this review as after I had submitted it, Graywind customer service reached out to me and said they would provide me with a new remote. They sent the new remote which I received and it seems to work fine. Do far bo issues. The blinds open snd close as advertised
I am very happy with this product. My husband had a fairly easy time with the installation. There are videos that you can watch and pause on YouTube. This made install much more seamless. The remote holder has a soft exterior. The blackout blinds work incredibly well! I am a very satisfied customer, and will be ordering more shades from this company to match this one throughout my home .
Finally, the way that I ordered the blinds could not be accommodated. The company reached out to me right away and offered suggestions. I am very happy with the customer service.
Excellent product, well made easy to hang up the works great. My only complaint is the remote QR code for instructions comes up in Chinese no English
Revised...i must say it took me a minute to get it together. I am pleased. It you are ordering a for a very wide window or patio door blinds,
order extra valance clips and track hardware. The company is great at assisting and responding.
Update: I'm loving my blinds, I finally got them correct. They are actually very classy. Again the seller has been helpful, although our time differences, but they do respond to all emails and the whatsapp.
I messed up on the measurements when purchasing they altered it for me free of charge. These shades are really blackout. Only thing the directions was a little difficult but was able to understand it. It just took a minute

These look so much better than vertical blinds. I probably should have ordered blackouts but I have an enclosed porch so I don’t get much sunlight in this area to begin with. These look great and I’m happy with the product. I have not yet set up the app or voice control so I cannot comment on that but I ordered the remote so that my guests can control these also. Currently I’m using the remote which comes with a remote holder and can be mounted.
I’ve attached a picture but I have not yet installed the valance so once I do I’ll come back and edit.

I’m completely satisfied with my purchase! After looking around and pricing for a 5 panel track system this was a perfect fit. Wasn’t looking for motorized that was a bonus. Everything came perfectly to my measurements. (So do that 2-3 times to be exact) I chose the valance and I’m glad I did. It’s a nicer finished look! As far as the actual panels… they Velcro on! So easy it to seconds to attach (not like the ikea ones I have previously used) also definitely black out. Thick and sturdy! Quiet and smooth! Would definitely recommend!!!
Customer service has been the best part of this purchase. They were very responsive with a small glitch in order/delivery. Cherry was super helpful in troubleshooting an installation issue. I ordered a custom size motorized sliding panel with an intent to use it as a privacy screen/room divider. Quality of the product was worth the wait. Operates with an App on the phone as well. Looks great and works well!
