Bought a two-rail motorized curtains. Great fabric quality, but more importantly, amazingly simple Google Home integration for voice-control. Customer service responsive, attentive, helpful and allows for post-order adjustments to meet the needs. Finally there is a properly working automated curtain system that we can buy; we'll order for the rest of the house soon. One area they can improve is the color/fabric choices; looking to get a Bordeaux / Velvet varieties which they don't yet have.

I want a curtain that is open during the summer night to let cool air in, and close automatically before sunrise to block the morning light that may wake me up too early. I got a quote of $6,000 from a local (California) custom drapery store for a smart curtain system with low quality fabric. The quote I got from Graywind after online customization is only $600 and the quality of the fabric is gorgeous. I believe I only paid $20 extra for a valance, which would have cost me $1,200 extra based on the quote from the local store. The only trade-off is that I have to install it myself. Amazon does sell a $199 for curtain installation but I am not sure whether the installer knows how to install a smart curtain system. The self-installation is not difficult, although I wish the drywall anchors are better and there's an instruction on the drill bit size. Another suggestion is that the extension cord could be longer.
The installed curtain functions exactly as expected and make the room feel more luxury.

These Alexa-enabled curtains are one of my favorite recent purchases. I was surprised and impressed by the quality and thickness of the curtains themselves, as they really block out the light well. They are some of the best blackout curtains I’ve seen. The material looks great, and we were happy with the color.

The most fun thing about these curtains though is the ability to control them with our voice via Alexa. You can use simple commands like “Alexa open curtains” which opens them all the way, or be more precise like “Alexa set curtains to 80%”, which opens them 80% of the way open. Remember that when you are using percentages, it always refers to the percentage open; so “Set curtains to 10%” would be just slightly open. We haven’t yet included these curtains in any scheduled Routines, but that would probably be useful for some people that want to start their day with the curtains opening automatically.

There is also a handy little remote that you can use to control the curtains if you don’t want to use Alexa. On the remote there is open and close and pause, so you can easily stop the curtains at whatever spot you want them.

The curtains were fairly easy to install, but certainly two people makes it go much more quickly. We didn’t run into any problems at all. They can either be mounted on the wall or the ceiling, and we ended up going with a ceiling installation because it seemed a little easier and more stable.

We been using these now for about nine months, and so far, they have worked perfectly without any issues. We love these curtains, and we will likely be ordering more in the future.

We ordered the knitted oat milk, floor-to-ceiling curtains for our sliding glass door and for our living room area. See pics- the living rooms set also has a valance (getting that up today). I could not be more happy. The color is light, neutral and I feel like it could match anything. They're easy to install and really make our rooms feel more homey. I'm still figuring out the remote/app, but not a huge priority for me. Definitely worth noting- I was sent the wrong curtains for our living room and Graywind's customer service IMMEDIATELY made it right and got us what we ordered- shout out to Cherry and Lisa for all their help on this; your promptness and politeness has not went unnoticed.

Get. These. Curtains.

First of all, the quality of drapery material is above expectations. Custom dimensions were perfect. This is not a simple installation. Not beginner at least. The install information was good and well illustrated. All parts were included for multiple mounting types. The issue I had was with Alexa integration. If you are like me and purchased these "smart" drapes you probably have newer wireless devices. Important: This does NOT work with WiFi 6. After a week of troubleshooting with support I decided to try an old 802.n router. It worked. See the image. This is not a deal breaker. A router like this is about $35. Definitely worth the automation.

We have these curtains in our family room to block daytime glare on the TV screen. I was really impressed with the quality of the fabric (we chose Sapphire Blue--beautiful color)--the weight of it and the way it drapes. Truly lovely. I was afraid they would need to be ironed, but they are well packaged with no wrinkles.
Installation went fairly smoothly. They are easy to install once you understand how it all works together.
Using Alexa to open and close the drapes is absolutely fun.
We have ordered another set for our dining room, this time in the Rich Gray.

When I first received the product, the measurement was wrong (basically I provided wrong measurements to the seller). I got pretty pretty frustrated, and the seller were nicely offer replacement for me with the new sizing I measured. Have to say, the materials of either curtain or blinds are really good, that I decided to wait for the new replacement instead of returning the product of wrong size.

Getting right and fit blinds or curtain is so hard, I have communicated with the customer back and forth for so many times to check and ask questions. They were super responsive and usually reply within half a day or a day even during holiday or weekends. The motor is pretty easily to compare with monitor or phone app as well. Now I have all blinds and curtains from graywind installed in my home, pretty satisfied.

Highly recommend, especially for their customer service and support let alone the product of good quality.

We ordered the motorized curtains for our master bedroom and it’s been great. The curtains material is high quantity. The motor is very quiet. We are very happy with it.

Order process was easy and the company confirms all the measure before making the curtain. Customer service was very responsive via Amazon message.

Area of improvement that the company can do is their installation manual. There are a lot grammar errors. The pictures to connect the mobile app is outdated. The menu in the app have changed and there more curtain selection. We had to try different curtains option in order for the app to connect to the motor.

The Graywind product is supported well by the seller. Their agent, Linda, made sure I had everything I needed for the install, and even offered to walk me through the activation of the remote if I needed it.

I have roller shades on my French doors, but wanted to add some elegance to the bedroom with drapes. After researching online, I found gray wind. The ordering process and customer service was excellent. At first, it seemed that the curtains were hanging lower in certain sections. I contacted Greywind and they informed me that the clips at the top of the curtains are adjustable… That is genius! I love how the curtains look and how they drape. Having them motorized is wonderful as I can open and close them while in bed. I do wish the motor was rechargeable instead of having to be always plugged in… So that there is a wire that hangs down to my outlet. Luckily, I have a chest of drawers that it can hide behind. The remote for the curtains is one that should be for roller shades, however it does the job. I did have some issues with the valance which came much too short. It has been remade, and unfortunately, still short a few inches. Hoping to connect with customer service about that… But they have been wonderful. I would definitely recommend and I plan on ordering more motorized curtains for other parts of the house.

Takes some time figuring out everything between videos online and the manual it was "challenging" Could use more just textual descriptions instead of just pictures.
the biggest issue I had with the product was the lack of detail in the manual made it difficult to reach out for help. You can find contact information from the company website and from there you can email them your concern. Once you are in contact with them they are very responsive and do help and resolve your concerns.
The drapes look great and every one that sees them are impressed. I will order more for other windows.

The product is as described. The instructions are confusing and only contain drawings with no words. The curtains were just about perfect, but the Valance was a little uneven. It arrived earlier than expected. All and all a great product. I would buy it again.

This blackout curtain was well made and serves the purpose. Remote control works like a charm; quiet and smooth. Unbelievably quick, courteous customer service and we're so happy with the quality! Amazing! I was really nervous about purchasing these, but it was worth the wait. We mounted the curtains from the ceiling, and it turned out great. Party special attention to the measurement guide; I ordered the curtains slightly longer than needed. The open motion is so smooth. Curtains are high quality. Install was relatively easy with two people. I received the curtains and rod on separate days, but the seller was really responsive.

Fabric is silky and think, great quality. I had some difficulties installing the curtain but seller was very helpful in all steps of the way. Great customer service and great quality material.
