These blinds work perfect for our needs and they look great. We have had them for a year. The valance does not stay attached, but overall very happy with the shades.

I have very odd sized industry windows so it’s great that they are able to customize to my needs! They contacted me via email to make sure my measurements are exactly what I needed, they ended up adding a couple inches to make sure full window is covered and they didn’t charge me extra!

They are pretty easy to install and overall works great although the set up instructions can be quite confusing. But once I set it up it works consistently.

I have one small hiccup where one of 4 electric roller is broken, I contacted them via email, they reply within 24 hrs and sent me a new one after I sent them a video proving it’s broken. I would have reduced one star for this but their responsiveness and willingness to send replacement keeps the star.

I ordered the solar panels as well but didn’t end up installing them when I found out the rollers do last 6-9 months. It just looks better without it. In my case I just have extra long cables and plan to charge them when I need to.

The blinds itself is ok, it has a tiny bit of folds but it’s not visible unless you put your face against it.

Overall, I’m very happy with this product and it’s a fraction of the cost compare to places like shade store which would cost me thousands!

Update: the company immediately contacted me and sent us their new upgraded remote along with directions on how to connect it. We’ve had it for a week so far and it works much better than the prior remote.

The blinds are beautiful and we’re easy to install, HOWEVER, after less than 2 months the remote for the blinds has quit working entirely. After a few weeks it started to be hit or miss and now it doesn’t work at all. For $500+ blinds, I would expect the remote to work. We can’t use them at all right now

We love these blinds! The directions are hard to understand to set up the start and stop placement.

I love, love, love these dual shade motorized blinds. They have a great price point, are extremely well made, and are so versatile. I love keeping the Shangri-La shades down for some privacy but still getting that light through the window and then when we want even more privacy closing the roller shade. They are perfect and I want them in every room of the house!!

Love these smart blinds with the dual motors for the privacy feature blackout shade and the sheer shade option for filtered light. If setting up with an Alexa/Zigbee integrated, I would suggest buying a separate Zigbee hub. When we added the device via the Alexa app and an echo 4th gen, it worked right at the initial set up but the device would constantly show up as unreachable or unresponsive within the app and not function via voice command. We were problem free and all is working properly for voice commands and home automation routines via the Alexa app once we set it up with a separate Zigbee hub/controlled via the smart life app/smart life skill enabled

Super easy to install. The dual blind I did need a second person to hold up the left side which I didn’t need with single shade. I thought there was a problem with the product at first because I could only either get it to go all the way up but not all the way down or vice versa. Turns out I just need to wrap the blind around itself again and it worked itself out. I already have it programmed to. Put the light filtering shade down when we head up to get ready for bed and the blackout to go down when I’m ready for bed. I also have it programmed to lift the blackout just before my alarm so I can wake to natural light and light filtering to go up once dressed. My Alexa devices were to old to support the more expensive motor but honestly don’t think I’ll need it between having it programmed for daily use and the remote for other times.

So installing the product required:
1. Help from the vendor
2. Researching on the Internet to address some issues
3. Having to buy extra equipment
4. Learning the different Alexa Commands
5. Replacing 1 bad piece of equipment

First off, I will say the company was very helpful with communication and the ratting was brought up to a 4 based on how they performed.

My issues:
Blinds needed to be set up via the purchased remote for length and directions with opening and closing. I really had to do my research on the internet to solve the direction issue as the instruction on how to fix the directions for blinds was missing in the instructions. Both blinds were dropping in the same direction which caused friction.
I first bought the product because I didn’t need to buy extra equipment, I wanted it to work with my Alexa Echo Show 10, an approved model. The distance from the Alexa, one floor down, would not stay connected. Because Alexa wouldn’t work, I had to buy their hub. Note, it really needs to be close to the product for it to work and requires a data port for the hub to connect to Alexa.
The second issue I had, I shouldn’t ding the vendor on this, one of the blind units wouldn’t work with Alexa or their Hub. Luckily the vendor sent a replacement. My only comment would be that it should have been tested before it was sent to me.
The instructions provide wording on how to control the blinds through Alexa. I had an issue with the commands as Alexa had no clue what I was asking it to do. When I managed to get the units connected to the Alexa, saying open and close does not work as intended. I had to state “Alexa set to 100%” or a #% for the blinds to move.

The Help:
Graywind did a good job in reaching out to me to confirm my measurements and because I stated external they made sure I included the extra padding in the measurements.
The support team that helped me through my issues was accommodating and helpful. I appreciate their efforts and doing their best to help me troubleshoot my issues.

Would I buy this product again, yes. I am thinking of setting up another room with their blinds.

We love our motorized dual roller shades! Good quality material and a nice clean sophisticated look at a reasonable price. We bought a set of 4 customized sets of dual shades with fabric shades in the front and solar shades to filter out the sun during the day (in the back against the windows). We programmed the roller shades to go up and down at the same time which makes it so easy to use. Graywind is an excellent company and so easy to work with. Any questions were promptly answered by email and they offered helpful advise and clarity on the programming. They offered a phone call if we needed additional assistance, but the emails were helpful enough. I highly recommend their product and service.

I measured ver carefully and the fit perfectly on inside mount. I probably will opt for the fabric wrapped bottom if I buy more. They installed quickly and easily. I did pre drill holes and use my own mounting screws so I could go into the header. They look great, remote is cool
And easy to program. Good manual for installation and programming.

Got here in about 2 weeks. Come from the factory direct in China. Installed in 10 mins. Remote programs easy as well. Need the Bluetooth bridge to program via the app. Motors are quiet. I’m going to order more for other areas of my house.

These blinds are an excellent value. Quality is very good and custom dimensions were spot on. Customer service responded quickly to my question and installation was very easy with good instructions. Extremely happy with this purchase!

We had ordered custom day/night cellular shades from a well known manufacturer. After multiple delays, we finally gave up and cancelled our order. We hadn't considered roller shades but happened upon these while looking for options and we are very pleased. Colors are "blackout jacquard coffee" and "sheer linen beige" The sheer fabric has a nice texture but still lets in a lot of light. The blackout fabric does its job well.

Graywind's communication was excellent. The shade we ordered is nearly 100" long and they made multiple suggestions that were helpful to our order. We had the shades in under ten days which was fantastic. We have the Homekit motors. We have one scene set up with both blinds so we can say "Hey Siri (open/close) the blinds". We can also get Siri to open/close each blind independently. Installation took 15 min or so- very easy.

There was one small snag with our order. We ordered the motors on the left to have the charging ports closer to a power outlet in our room but the mounting brackets for these blinds require the motors on the right. No big deal and Graywind actually gave us a small discount for the mistake which was very nice of them.

Very pleased with the service and the value for money.

After two months, I'm happy with the Dual Roller shades. One button press in the morning is fantastic. I also have the Zebra which is very nice.

Only issue is sometimes one shade doesn't start rolling with the others in the morning. To remediate I have the 15 channel remote to control one shade at a time if needed to sync the lengths.

When I ordered my automated system I didn't know what to expect. I was very surprised by the quality of the materials and the easy installation! I never installed anything like this before and I managed to do it all on my own with no troubles!

I've had this system in my home office for a little over one year now and I could not possibly be happier! Not only the product is great but the seller is very responsive and very helpful with answering questions and providing instructions!

if you are looking for an automated shade system, give this a try! You will not regret it!

Was a bit nervous ordering online as you can’t see the fabric and just hope it turns out okay (it seems the purchased could have been returned but I just wanted them to work out). However, I absolutely loved my dual blinds! Saves me from direct sun during day time (good for zoom meetings) and allows to completely block off light for TV watching (installed right across from a window). Love the slick design! Separate note, the customer service is superb! Helped me to customize the settings and answer my many questions over the email quickly and fully. Confidently recommend!

I never leave reviews, but the shades are really well made, and have had such positive and helpful interactions with Graywind customer service that I wanted to let everyone know how wonderful these shades are and how great this company’s customer service is! Everything works perfectly and the quality is the best!

I give it 4 star because there’s still room for improvement in terms of installation instructions. Instructions are more on drawings than words, it would help to understand if the drawing has explanation.

But, the product is great and it works. Simple to operate and easy to integrate with Alexa.

And great post sales. I realize when I purchased more blinds that the color doesn’t match with the other blinds/shades. I purchased 6 blinds/shades from them. So I contacted the seller and they change my fabric color for free.

We went for the dual blackout and light filtering shade combo with the ZF motor (so that the shades could easily connect to Alexa). We are very impressed so far!

We almost got the RF motor and Graywind customer service referred us to a good bridge to use with the RF, but last minute we changed our minds and splurged on the ZF motor and Graywind hub for ease of use with Alexa, and we are very glad we did. The motor is almost silent, and the shades integrate so easily with Alexa.

We ordered samples of the fabrics from Graywind before purchasing. We liked the gray Jacquard blackout fabric, with the white Jacquard light filtering fabric, however the gray blackout wasn’t appearing as an option for the custom shades. We emailed customer service, and they were so unbelievably helpful. They were quick to respond and had us place the order with a different fabric choice, then used our order number to adjust to the correct color of for us. They had us double check the colors and measurements and everything on the order before confirming the order.

Installation/mounting the shades was a total breeze! Very straight forward. The instruction manual for how to connect the shades to Alexa was a little confusing though (I think the instruction manual was for a previous model of the motor). But we emailed customer service again for help and they answered with very clear and easy instructions. They also included instructions on how to set the bottom limit position on the shades with the remote. It’s all super easy to do!

We ordered just one shade to start to make sure we liked it before ordering more for our whole house. The shades totally exceeded our expectations, and we are going to order more for the rest of our house now!
